Its bad but the jokes have started already:

Farrah Fawcett died and went to heaven and was given one wish, she says "I want all the children in the world to be safe..."

Seriously though, it's sad ... he had a bit of a tragic life, I was never a massive fan, and Indian Thriller is so much better than his. but there is no denying he was a real talent.

lol.gif Hilarious - I keep expecting him to start singing "She's going to change the world... but she can't change me"

It's still a crap song though, however improved without some prat dancing about in white socks and pants too short for him. Not a Jackson fan at all and I refuse to take part in this international wailing and gnashing of teeth contest that seems to be going on. He's dead probably due to drug abuse, the vain, egotistical, naive at best paedo at worst fool and who cares as he's not made anything groundbreaking in a quarter of a centrury anyway.

This just reminds me of a song done on the aussie show "Chasers war on everything" called the Eulogy Song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLVsIpejFgM

The loss of Micheal Jackson is not stunning, but it is very sad and tragic. He was a true music icon that influenced and transformed the industry. Because of the diversity of music today I doubt we will ever see another music star that has the broad appeal that he had. The release of a Jackson video or album was a huge event (back in the day).

Despite all the crazy shit he did off of the stage, he may be the biggest star ever on stage during his prime. For those that weren't around during that time it's hard to explain truely what a mega-star he was.

Is this show really that good. There is a channel, G4, that just picked up the show here in the states and is promoting it as the best thing in Australia.

'WILL.I.AM: 'JACKSON RECORDED DANCE ALBUM'

MICHAEL JACKSON recorded a dance album shortly before he died, according to music producer WILL.I.AM.
The Black Eyed Peas star spent almost a year working on new material with Jackson before the Thriller hitmaker's death on Thursday (25Jun09).

The rapper, who played a set dedicated to the King of Pop at Britain's Glastonbury festival on Sunday (28Jun09), reveals Jackson was experimenting with a new style on the disc.
He says, "It was going to be out of this world. It's something Michael has never done before - a dance music album. I was very proud of it. But he was very protective and kept it under lock and key. After he made it I had to hand back every demo. He was a perfectionist and didn't want anyone to hear it until it was ready."

The music producer struck up a close relationship with Jackson and spoke to him shortly before he died. He adds, "The last time I spoke to Michael was on Father's Day. He called me to wish me happy Father's Day even though I don't have any children. He said, 'I just wanted to call and say have a good day anyway'. I told him, 'OK, I will grab my crotch and wish myself Happy Father's Day for all my unborn children'. He laughed and said, 'You're so funny'.
"I tried calling him last week but he was always in rehearsals. It's so sad. He was my friend and the biggest inspiration of my life. I'm going to miss him."

It has it's moments; very up and down. I'm a fan.

They had one skit a few weeks ago about the Make A Wish Foundation that got them kicked off the air for a fortnight or so. It parodied the charity by suggesting 'realistic' wishes for the kids, and finished with something along the lines of "because they're just going to die soon, anyway".

There was also rumor on the Hawai'i news that Jackson had recorded an unreleased album to be used in case of his death for funds for his children.

It was reported that all of his rehearsals for the upcoming tour were recorded. I'm sure they will be put together and it will be a huge seller.
