NEW video up in EDDIEKLIVE from
CONCERT AT SEA!!!!!!! kicking.gif kicking.gif

He sounded good. But all alone.

Note that the stage is set up for a full band performance, and it's just him, alone with his guitar and all the other spaces are empty.

Dunno....looks pretty sad to me.

Just plain sad.

You're lucky. Australia but not a single word about South Africa. And last year he said in his interviews that he would come this way. So what did I do? I scrimped and saved to put money away to buy tickets and now he's not coming.

I'm feeling somewhat disillusioned with him right now.

After being at Concert at Sea yesterday (both solo and featuring Bløf), today Ed was in Den Haag at the free festival Parkpop.

today's recording of They Stood up for Love (solo): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oLQ7-6MokK8

There's lot of other recorded stuff of today and yesterday can be found as well on youtube, and other sites

Dutch television just broadcasted Overcome (live with violins and piano!!) and I Alone of Ed's solo performance on Parkpop. Hope someone recorded them, it also inclused a little interview with Ed. He told that it was the first time that he played solo for such a tall crowd (150.000 people). Btw, seemed like questions about LIVE (like "where is your band") were all ignored by Ed by returning to tell about his solo carreer, haha lol. Whatever, we all know Live's not returning for at least 2 years.

The setlist of Melkweg, Amsterdam (July 2 2009) was much like Oosterpoort though the order was mixed a bit. And he added Beauty of Gray as the final song, which was great. guitar.gif
