if someone would like to do it from this site that would be great...if not...
I may post it in another thread and link it to my website to do...

I am offering $50.00 to the winner/$25 for 2nd
....I will announce the judges (from this site)if they would like to help.

rules and regulations to follow; MUST HAVE AT LEAST 10 entries to do this!

this could be fun, always been some pretty nice efforts the last couple of times ... good ol +Ed+'s cover of Simple Creed was a nice one ... im still looking for a version of TBD that was posted in the first contest though back on the old site .. it was sped up and intentionally nothing like the original, its like what would happen if Weird Al went country and did TBD, really funny but i lost it and havent seen it surface for years.

Very interesting. Might have to record myself singing a song or two and see how good / bad I am. I know I could play the songs on the old geetar, it's the voice that might let me down.

I've got the opposite problem. Can sing fairly well but just don't pick up the strings often enough. But hey, I'll throw something in there, might try something a little different.

..not heard from Admins here....so here we go....

+LIVE+ COVER CONTEST

1. each contestant can submit up to "3" MP3's of their +LIVE+ cover song
2. song must be under 5 minutes
3. contest runs from July 1st, 2009 thru September 1st, 2009/winners announced September 5th, 2009
4. Judges are; Good Pain, Love Divine and 2 others TBA (if they agree)
5. Winner gets $50/2nd place gets $25
6. Song must be posted in this thread

I can't think of any other rules, if anyone can let me know.
LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!! LAY OUT THEM TRACKS PEOPLE!!
