I don't have it right now to listen/compare, but Dec 2, 1999, "Distance to Hague"
if I remember correctly.

It made Sparkle one of my favorite Live tunes thumbsup.gif

Could we also ask you please to manage to pencil down where those versions are from? If it is not that hard.

I'm currently upgrading my computer and moving/reorganizing music, and while doing so thought I'd throw these up in case somebody was interested. As to the 3 mix CDs (the first with older stuff, the second with newer stuff, and the third with various acoustic and 2mtrs) I made those years ago; I have some of the song dates but others I'd have to track down and compare. Sorry. The older mix might be somewhat difficult at this point, but then again there are only so many shows from those days with good sound plus with memory I could probably figure it out. The mix with newer stuff has all the songs from that Germany soundboard show, which is short but a gem, as well as some from Belgium National Forest and other fairly recent shows - those with good sound. As for the third, we have only so much acoustic/2mtrs available, so the songs on that one should be pretty easy to figure out just by listening.

On the alternate versions, etc., those really are a smorgasbord; its been so long I can't remember where exactly I got them from, or when, but again there are only so many alternate mix versions available and this is a collection of those which I liked, with some live stuff thrown in to fill out the CD; I could probably track down where the live stuff on that CD came from, but the mixes/alternates/extended versions I can't say. I don't recall what the pain lies mix is called, but the freaks mix was (labor, labor, labor) if I remember correctly. I didn't really keep track of the proper names for those or where they came from - sorry.

So which in particular did you like and which are interested in knowing the dates? I will try to help.

PS - You should also know that on some of the songs on the mix CDs I played with the sound using studio software in attempt to improve from the bootleg and/or bring levels up to the other songs for consistency, etc. I hope ya'll find them enjoyable.

You are definitely the newbie of 2009 here, imho, I even found several songs I did not have in my collection and I thought it was impossible, really.

Carma raise for ya mate. Keep it up with the sharing.

Do you have the earliest stuff, the DOAD demos maybe?
