I honestly know very little of both bands, mostly because anything I have heard by both did absolutely nothing for me, but whilst I could tolerate Creed's shit as maybe background music, Nickelback's made me just want to get up and turn it off. Plus Creed did have that My Sacrifice song which played over this old video montage that the WWE used in the early 2000s which I thought was kinda cool and fit well .. so overall I'd say Nickelback is worse, but there are certainly worse bands than both. I'm looking at you AC/DC.

Having 6 or 7 beers at a concert is one of the best parts about it. The pyrothechnics were ok, but the tribute to dimebag was fucking awesome. Them playing a Pantera tune(although not very well) was pretty cool too. It showed respect....gonna make something redneck out of that too now cowboy? Not to mention that the rolling drumset came out in the spotlight for a 10 minute solo(though average as well) and Kroger was constantly saying thank you to the crowd in a joking sort of way and made quite a few wisecracks that unlike many others, weren't corny and actually made me laugh.

In my opinion, they are. And then there are songs like the Sanctity of Dreams. There are tons. And they all have awful lyrics. I think it is a plenty good comparison, and if you disagree because you believe Ed's lyrics in those songs are a level above Kroeger's, I don't know what to say to you because you don't seem to understand lyrics in the least.
