Don't know if it has been posted anywhere else, but Ed wrote this at his recent started Twitter page today:

"Response to questions.. new eddie k shows announcing this week..recording new music as we speak including "take me on up to Zion"..

Live hit the studio today? Or is Ed recording his own cd? Who knows for sure Take Me Up To Zion is supposed to be a new LIVE song?! Did anyone recorded the intro speaking / interlude to the live performance of that song. What did Ed said exactly about the song.

I'll visit his Twitter page more often now after I read this nod.gif

I'm thinking an Ed solo album is happening, unless the guys are in Cal preparing for this Saturday's show?

Someone needs to ask Ed, is the recording solo or with the band.

yeah, there's nothing on there that lead us to believe Live was recording as a full band. With the previous albums we always knew when they started recording a new album... On the otherhand, maybe it's just a new approach: Ed first recording some demo's, and the other members will contribute later (wouldn't be a good sign, I know). If not, well... then TMUTZ won't be a new Live song, too bad.

Yeah I totally get the idea this isn't Live recording. Even if it is Ed in the studio working on the Live material alone, isn't that how SFBM happened? nervous.gif

we'll have to wait and see.

His next song for upcoming shows is called "believe"

Someone needs to get there with a video camera and record it.

It'll probably be a solo show.

Aren't you guys missing Pat, Chad and Chad?

A little too much solo Ed going on right now. I'm getting a bit worried.

looks like no hopes of an SA tour anytime soon.

hah! I wish!

Apparently, (acc to twitter of course) he said he spoke to Chad T on the phone for an hour last night scheming.

Which means they are NOT recording together right now IMO!

yeah, but as Shadow mentioned, we can also read into this as they aren't recording together last days. How will they perform the new Live song 'Believe' if they haven't been together? Well, maybe some rehearsal will follow in coming days....
