Was at the Ed show tonight and he said at the meet and greet, many people were asking him to play this and that song next time. He said he would try and get together some sort of request poll at the new website. Also there seemed to be some sort of webcam or something on stage pointed at Ed...maybe that could be involved in the "fun" stuff he is planning. Anyway that's my two cents.

That's a video camera. I think there's a link to the particular model on his website. Ed mentioned in an interview on Monday that he is using that video camera to film his shows and he's also recording the audio from the soundboard. Ed also said that he plans to upload the video to his site in the upcoming days. Can't wait to see what comes of it...

looks like he's actually serious about this, good to see ... one of the things that really sucked in recent years was the band's lack of doing stuff liek this and being proactive

Hmm... this all makes it seem more likely that we'll see some solo stuff. If this is the case, what type of stuff are we expecting? SFBM-esque material? Or slightly more darker, moodier stuff like Take Me Up To Zion?
