Bands I've seen live, if to change the subject:

Sigur Ros

I'm sure they put on an energetic show lol.gif

In terms of energy, the best I have ever seen was Extreme... that guy would not stop moving! he was drooling all over the place and whirling and falling on the ground.

King's X is the best I have seen live. The sound, the audience, the whole experience.

I have seen:

Live
Kings X
Extreme
Styx
Blue Oyster Cult
Rush
Grand Funk Railroad
Ted Nugent

I haven't seen a lot... but I am seeing Tesla in like 2 weeks!

I must admit that Live were fantastic the one time I've seen them - can't take that away from them. I think it was when TDTH was out. But it was a smallish venue and I was right on the front row. That gig was definitely in the top 5 I've been to.

Not a fucking patch on InMe, though. They're the only band I've liked enough to pay to see more than once and they are totally incendiary every time. The crowd are a bit bananas though and I've had to human skittle a few kids who get a bit carried away in the moshpit and wall of death - don't mess with the lady in black old enough to be your mommy is the moral of the story. All good fun, sweaty bodies, flying beer and a few accidental wallops beats the hell out of a stadium gig any day.

Manchester, UK. It was the Academy 2 and I think it holds about 600 people.

Wow, I didn't realise it was that small. I might have an audience recording of that show - I will upload it if you'd like to relive the night.

First of all, I didn't see the Ellen performance. Sure I will, in the next week or so. But, Forever STILL kills me, and that won't change. We've been complaining about the band for a decade now...can't we stop?

Bands I've seen live, if to change the subject:

Live (only twice)
Counting Crows (with Live)
Galactic (with Live)
The Tea Party
"Weird Al" Yankovich (twice)
Nine Inch Nails
Autechre
13 & god
Sigur Ros
Bedouin Soundclash
Hawksley Workman
Bruce Cockburn
Vic Chesnutt
Matthew Good Band
Kataklysm
Bloc Party
...and probably more...could've seen Imogen Heap, but was broke...

I think they soundet great on Ellen...

Here is my list:
Live is the one I would love to see again....and again

Live (3)
UK.Subs
Cinderella
Kiss (6)
Meat Loaf (2)
Holy Terror
The Waterboys (2)
Mike Scott
White Lion
Andrew Strong
Saxon
Iron Maiden (3)
Manfred Manns Earth Band
Ac/Dc (2)
Springsteen (2)
Elton John
Bob Dylan (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)
Def Leppard (2)
Bon Jovi
Duran Duran (2)
Metallica (2)
A-HA
The Alarm
Simple Minds
David Bowie (3)
Europe (2)
Motley Crue
Ozzy
Manowar
Alphaville
Sham 69
