I also cannot get Part 9 to download. It goes to an IE error page.

Also works fine for me. Give it another go, maybe it was a temporary error on mediafire's end...

Wow this is just legendary! I'm getting it now.

Finally this fantastic show in good quality. I've been looking at my crappy MPEG1s for far too long.

Thanks a million for upping this. And props to the original ripper.

And Media fire seems like a great service. I'm getting great download speeds. I'll be able to download this in about half an hour happy.gif

Those other bootlegs sound very interesting too. I don't have those...

Sorry for double posting, but I just watched a few minutes of the DVD on my computer and I'm blown away! Can't wait to watch it on the plasma banana.gif

I didn't think I would have the chance to see this kick ass show in DVD quality anytime soon.
Thanks again!

Ridley: do you have any stats on how many times the DVD has been downloaded?

Sure.

Are you not able to download it from the mediafire links?

This may be a stupid question so forgive me if it is - I am not savy to most of this computer stuff as it is mostly used for not much of anything ..... Can you simply download these files and view them on Windows Media Player ? Or do you have to download and transfer to a DVD before if can be viewed ? Thanks and again sorry if this is a silly question. Thanks

You can watch the video on your computer without having to burn a DVD, but you still need to go through a number of steps before doing so.

1. Download all 18 parts to your computer
2. Use WinRAR to extract and combine the 18 parts into 1 .iso file
3. Use WinRAR to extract the .iso file, which will give you a folder called VIDEO_TS
4. Then you can use a software DVD player (like VLC, PowerDVD) to play the video from the VIDEO_TS folder..
You can use Windows Media Player but you must have the correct MPEG-2 codec installed.

It sounds complicated, but if you run into any problems just post here and we'll help you out.

I did it ! Thank you so much for your help. I am so happy to have this as my copy is a worn out VHS tape and I don't even have anything to play it on anymore. And, the Past , Present & Future is the icing on the cake. Maybe I am a little more savy than I thought :-) Thanks again !

I was able to create an NTSC mode (one that plays outside your PC in the US) version that plays in a good percentage of standalone players (2 out of 3 for me). Let me know if you guys want me to upload it so you can rock to Live away from your PC.

A NTSC version would be incredible. I'd love to watch this on my big screen. Thanks!

How did you go about converting it to NTSC? Was it the .IFO edit trick or did you re-encode the video?
