It's very hard to say, not knowing how many albums will follow etc. But realising how happy they still are with the band and how much they tour, I see them continue for quite some time from now.
All by all, I would say: they just finished their 2nd quarter (yeah I know, that'sa very positive point of view), so being at the middle of their carreer time.

I was thinking third quarter. I'm thinking they'll release another album and maybe some songs here and there.

I think they'll be one of those bands that tours for another 12-15 years so I base 3rd quarter on that.

Phase 1: MJ, just starting out, small success
Phase 2: Throwing Copper - huge success, pressure to do well next time
Phase 3: SS-V - still some success, trying to live up to big expectations from TC
Phase 4: BoP-Now. BoP (with Heaven) was a small comeback, but it's clear to the mainstream that Live is a 'has-been' band.

Not that Phase 4 will end anytime soon - it could be the longest 'phase' of their career. Live struggled to maintain and replicate their success from TC, gave up on that, and are now doing whatever they feel like, which is pretty admirable.

The phrase "QUARTER" refers to a linear time frame.

If I were doing phases I would put SS in your second phase and add V to your 4th phase.
