so while I'm waiting for my morning coffee I'll tell you of my Zack and Miri experience...

when I saw the movie I had found that they turned my favorite theatre into some sort of dinner theatre where the serve you food while you watch the movie. I got pissed off and said, "bitch outa my way I want to see some boobs" and then I said, "holy fuck is that Live?" just as all the axons in my brain misfired and synapses spontaniously combusted to the most briliant fireworks display I have ever, yay coffee is done!!!....

I'm not sure more is a good thing, and yes russian brides are HOT!!! personally I think russian everything is pretty cool especially vodka.

um, yes to the whole pastor thing. Except I have a firm belief that what the Christian Church has become today is extrememly skewed towards a moral agenda of making sure the only kind of fun is "christian" fun. Traditionalists will spout hell and damnation until their throats dry out and miss the whole point of "making a joyful noise..." and "love is the greatest..." Also it says somewhere that "everything is permissable but not everything is beneficial" I make tons of mistakes and consider myself to be the absolute worst sinner on the planet and I have to pay for my sins daily. Deep down I am constantly depressed and ashamed of my own actions, but it is all because of my own actions. It is my fault and not anybody elses. Still the whole measage of christianity is grace, mercy, love, forgiveness etc. Because of all this I find I have no other choice but to quickly and openly forgive others and live honestly. And honestly, I am fucking tired of the bullshit I don't care if you love Jesus or have sex with goats I just want to sit down and drink some beer or coffee with you and be your friend. Once I stop pretending and allow my self to be genuine there is a sense of peace and calm...and then that is usually the time some saddistic DJ puts the song "I Alone" on the radio and it is something only I recognize and get the strange thought that I should go to seminary. I'm still waiting for a sign or somebody to talk me out of it but so far...

FYI: There's cam version of the Zack and Miri movie circulating on BitTorrent. Apparently the quality isn't very good (too dark) but it might be worth downloading to see the scene with Hold Me Up is played.

I think you might want to play it half-step down. I fumbled around with the chords for about 30 seconds and I'm certain it's stepped down. I don't see any reason this song would be tuned different than the rest of the TC

I'm glad somebody finally figured it out. I was having a hell of a time trying to figure out the chord changes. I played with the tab a bit and I'm not sure it's 100% but it is a lot further along than I got.

out of curiousity, what guitars do you have/play?
(come to think of it I can't remember what LIVE uses)

I have:
a cheap Epiphone SG (that really needs new pickups)
a Squire Showmaster black w/ skull and crossbones (I put the EMGs in myself)
Fender Strat (a must have for any guitarist)
and finally a Fender Mustang (which is starting to look like something Kurt Cobain puked on )

i don't know if you guys are happy with the quality of Lift Me Up that you have or not, but I have found one which I believe is the clearest and best of the lot. It's a 4mb mp3 - I will paste the link to the direct download here and the Mods or Dan can move it over to the multimedia section if it needs to be.
