The production is in fact top notch and I love the way the put it together. The band sounds great. Ed sounds like pure shit.

I watched part of both videos and think they are both very good. However, I think Live is more dedicated to their performances now than they have ever been in their career. The tours from TDTH/V/BOP era's always had the exact same setlist. Now you can hit a show and expect a few different songs per night. The band expanded their catalogue, and I think it makes for a less predictable show.

The band still gets in done in concert.

I disagree. When Ed stays in his range, he has one of the best voices in the business.

Yep. Unfortunately he sings every song an entire octave above his range. His voice sounds strained, weak, sickly, dying and gross. I honestly think he might have lung cancer.

Says the supposed med student.

Ed struggled a bit with his vocal stamina in 2005/2006, but has rebounded nicely. I've been to over 20 concerts the last two years and have to say, the man uses his pipes well. It is especially apparent when the band shares the stage with other acts. You can really notice how much stronger Ed's voice is than the normal front man. You're entitled to your opinion, and I'm allowed to disagree with you.

I just miss when they had balls. Just sayin'...

Of course, very few mid 90's acts still have theirs. Just look at Chris Cornell! The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Candlebox but they broke up for ten years. Still badass in concert today though, even on DVD.

Holy Crap! They stood up for love is the best version I have ever seen. Just awesome... intense... he has the crowd by the balls. rockin.gif

I watched All over you too... it kinda blew. The 2006 dvd had a much better performance for that song. I'm going to take a guess Ed was tired?

One of the most peculiar boots I have is when Ed has a sore throat and Adam sings nearly the whole show for him. In LJ Ed even screeches: "I am not feeling well, so my brother will help me out on this one" and Adam goes: Lemme riiiiiiiiiiiihhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide.

Pure brilliance.

Just a mark on Ed's voice.

I remember when he started falsettoing. During the pre-BoP tour really Remember when he had an acoustic solo show on some radio, Dangum took all the falsettos outta his songs and put them together into one file as a teaser and uploaded it. I LMFAOed for long in fact.

Are you insane? No...stupid question....don't answer that. do you know what Small Cell CA is?????? Or have you just been browsing through a frigging texxtbook?

Don't go wishing one of the worst CA's out there on anybody.

That was frigging ugly of you.

Not that I should be surprised but this comment just really pissed me off big time.

You should get out of med school. Your poor patients are going to suffer like hell.

I've worked with small cell ca for the last 15 years and it's not pretty. Get some experience before you start throwing things like that around.

Wasn't that 2006, 06-30, Rock Werchter Festival, Werchter, Belgium???
I had it at my old Mp3 player---I'm going to see if I still have it.
Didn't even Ed say someting like "Adam is going to save my life today, and help me out"
