Lets not talk about this topic too much as it might get ugly, but lets see who the live fans on this board would vote in.

That never even happened.

It's the day that decides how the US will help or fuck up the rest of the world for the next four years.

I prefer the helping idea.

Yeah, let's help by getting ourselves into even more debt! I prefer plans that raise taxes and increase spending, because that's what we need. Also, Clinton ran against Bush in 1992, tard!

Whatever the result, at least the world will see the back of Bush.

I'm taking Ed's advice from V, and voting for Ralph Nader!

I refuse to get on the Obama bandwagon, even though I think Biden would have been a good presidential candidate. Change is an easy platform to run on, however change isn't always for the better. Hopefully Obama will be good for the country, but to me he's a bunch of fluff. And he's married to Aunt Esther from Sanford and Son.

Mcain picking Palin was his final nail in the coffin.

The NEA clearly endorses Obama. You should respect and stand up for your profession. Nobody else does.

As an educator you should know better than to throw away your vote on a candidate that has 0% chance to win. That is an uneducated thing to do.

Not voting, or casting a pointless vote, actually adds a vote to the candidate you do not prefer by subtracting a vote from the candidate you would vote for.

Nick - Think! wink.gif

I think it's outrageous to criticize someone for voting for a candidate that stands no chance. I am writing in Ron Paul. Personally I think Nader is a cocksucking idiot, but good for Nick for voting for him if that's who he likes. I'm a little tired of our two party bullshit.

Reasons not to vote for Obama:

Why is all of this going unnoticed by the media????
They send 1000 reporters to Alaska to dig up something on Sarah Palin
and they have this right in front of their eyes!

Excerpts from Obama's books:

From Dreams of My Father: 'I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the
age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was
ingratiating myself to whites.'

From Dreams of My Father : 'I found a solace in nursing a pervasive
sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race.'

From Dreams of My Father: 'There was something about him that made me
wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white.'

From Dreams of My Father: 'It remained necessary to prove which side
you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out
and name names.'

From Dreams of My Father: 'I never emulate white men and brown men
whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the
black man, son of Africa , that I'd packed all the attributes I sought
in myself , the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela.'

And the most damning one of all:

From Audacity of Hope: 'I will stand with the Muslims should the
political winds shift in an ugly direction.'

And? eh.gif

All I heard hear were 2 points, most from his older book.

1) Obama is proud to be black... so? What is wrong with being proud of your heritage? I'm proud of mine!

2) Obama will side with Muslims... What's wrong with Muslims? I completely fail to see why this is damning.
