No response, just a short intro about the DVD and that the song premiered at the show...

Don't you understand? They need the extra space for the fan meet footage. I can't wait to watch the band interact with fans and would much rather see Dutch fans socialising with the band than a kick-ass rendition of White, Discussion.

we might even be lucky enough to get the fan meet again as a fol xmas gift?? why have it once when you could have it twice!

But all joking aside, seriously, that is a ridiculous track listing to have in this day and age ... especially when so many bands release cd/dvd packs both of which have totally different tracklists, not just a few songs .. that really makes you feel like you get your money's worth.

Forever will be going for radio station adds on November 3rd in the Triple A and Hot A/C formats in the US according to two sources in radioandrecords.com

This gives us time to compile a list of stations to target and a gameplan to follow.

I've never saw a cover for the single 'Forever' before, but this site shows a cover though.
Can be official, but maybe it's not. It's only a radio single, right?

http://www.smashfm.nl/?/smashing/show/69

If it is, it's a quite un-creative cover lol.gif . But maybe interesting for Swami's site though.

This is a wonderful cover, but I doubt that it is official.

I don't think many stations will pick it up. I haven't heard of many stations adding it early, which isn't a good sign. If the music directors see it's in decent rotation, then they meet to discuss if their station should add it.. many won't even think about "Forever".

If it doesn't get pick up, its' a shame because its a good single. Indie labels dp have an uphill battle when it comes it comes to airplay. However, none of the songs going for adds this week have been picked up early, so I'll guess we'll know more early next week.

Live isn't in the states for promotion right now, and that isn't helping the cause. However, they should be pushing it hard in Benelux, I hope they start doing it soon.

I have a feeling it will only be a fanbase song. It seems that Live went from "pissin in the main stream" to evaporated from the main stream.

I don't know what their expectations are, but if this album really tanks outside of the fanbase I wonder how serious they will be about putting out new material.

I think regardless of how this does in the US, Live will be releasing a new album in 2009.

In the US, Live is now on their own label being distributed by another indie label. Music sales are down in general, so expectations for huge sales on this project can't be expected. Also, music dvd's or concert albums generally don't sell well in the US. They are basically new album placeholders.
