The test is kind of hard, yeah, but I suppose that's a good thing. People only pass then if they're good enough. And I could drive around if I had a car I was insured on, had L plates on, and someone in the car with me who's over 21 and had a full license for 3 years. Otherwise, it's not allowed.

Anyway, people who pass second time around are cooler. That's a fact, that is. Set in stone. wink.gif
