Very disheartening when your mother hears what used to be your favorite band on HER radio station and then tells you about it. But there I go being negative again, sorry

no. philly is too far. originally I was only going to go to a dc or b-more show. but since there is family in state college, we can make a whole weekend out of it. that's the only reason i'm going to this one.

Its cool, my father has started to like the band since the last album. I have him voting for "The River" on alternative addiction each week. I don't find it disheartening, I think its kinda cool.

Jen its cool if you don't like everything the band puts out these days. To each his own. I am very passionate about the band and I lose my head on the boards sometimes....thats my issue. I have been pretty well behaved lately...I just want to see the album and single do as well as it can. I am going to have to check out the Harrisburg station now. Thanks for the tip!

Ha ha thats funny about the sharpie. I did that when I went to see my favorite band and their Vocalist called my his Sharpie girl! happy.gif I love the metalic ones for signing on black shirts. don't wash them though!

i saw a commercial for this concert twice within 15 minutes on Comedy Central earlier. it was kind of weird seeing anything about LIVE on TV! as the date gets closer, i really wish i was able to go, but i can't.

They have a commercial on Wink about it too. I hear it several times a day and they are also giving away tickets everyday, several times. It's nice to see a show of their's actually getting advertised for once.

I'm taking the mother along to since she is the only other person I know who can apreciate Live.
She said she was nervous and I teased her about getting mauled by the crowd.(not that I think it will be bad) She said. "I went to a kiss/ted nugent concert pregnant with you! I'm not afraid of no crowd......no wonder you are so screwed up!"
