When have they played Merica and Gas Hed Goes West? I'm really interested in hearing concert versions of both.

Yea that surprises me too. I might be alone here but I think this song would be better live than on the album. I don't think I've ever actually listened to it beginning to end because its so repetitive, but the intro and the loud parts would be cool live.

It was actually "The Mummy Returns". If you see it in a bargain bin for $5, the video for Forever May Not Be Long Enough is on it as a promo as well, from what I remember.

yeah, I remember that too. Guess that was the reason why it wasn't placed on teh Awake DVD?

Where Do We Go From Here was played at a show I went to in Calgary about a year ago. I taped parts of it, I put it on YouTube. If I'm NOT mistaken, this was the first time it was played at a concert. I remember thinking at the time that they had never played this before...but dont quote me on that one...
