I've heard the album about 100 times actually :-)

I've had an authorized copy of the album for a month or more now. I sat down with Ed for about 40 minutes back last month and he discussed the album track by track with me. I became a fan prior to Copper and I'd followed their progress since then.

When that interview is online maybe you'll understand more what I mean that it is not BOP #2.

Well, yes, I interviewed Ed and since this was going to be featured with a pre-order of the album I asked him to talk about each track. It will be online, hopefully sooner rather than later, and you'll definitely know about it when it's posted. It will run in conjunction with the pre-order of the album, but since that's not exactly set then we'll all have to sit tight.

He was extremely excited about it's release and is eager for the world to hear it. I've interviewed a number of musicians, but never one as excited as Ed.

Night of Nights sounds like a song I'm gonna love, but will have to wait to hear the whole thing. I've heard a few of the songs in their entirety, and they're OK, just OK to me, unfortunately. I don't have high expectations for the album. Hopefully I'll be pleasently surprised. But as long as their concerts continue to rock hard, I'll be a fanatic rockin.gif

It's a bad sign when I couldn't even make it through the snippets the 1st time. But after hearing the Toronto '06 show, I look forward to hearing the songs in concert.

But, I don't think I'll be buying the CD on it's release day which is a first for me.

I like a harder sound and from what I'm hearing & reading, I'm not going to find it with SFABM.
