What a concert!!!!!!wow!! The interaction between band and audience was super.
you could see the band enjoyed it , the croud was super-enthousiastic and the band respond on it.
I was on the balcony and now and thenn i thought "hope the balcony doesn`t collapse, because everyone was so super enthusiastic.
And i never was on the balcony before usely i have a place in the crowd, i am just a small woman and most of the time i don`t see much.
This time it was marvelous what a view!!
I am still in an "afterglow" , looking forward to the dvd!

Dimi on your question of the setlist: It was the same but yeahhhhh with a very very good encore :Voodoo Lady, The Dam At Otter Creek and Shit Towne

Were both shows filmed? How many cameras do you estimate there were?

Yeah, it was great, even though they hardly played any of my favorite songs (Ghost, Mother Earth is a Vicious Crowd, Rattlesnake). What I díd really enjoy was the final encore with the amazing Shit Towne at the end of the show! IPB Image

Can't wait for the DVD. I saw some footage on the monitor there and they looked pretty sweet!

The show of July 1st is filmed for the DVD. There was 1 crane cam above the audience, 1 crane (up/down) behind Chad G, two big portable camera's in front of the stage and one on stage and I think one moving around in the crowd.

Besides these professional camera operators, there were three or four 'amateurs' with HD cams going through the crowd all over the place. They also taped the show on Monday, Friday and the surprise visit the the Dutch Fan Day last Sunday. Basically they made material from a fan perspective which is to be used for bonus/behind-the-scenes material on the dvd.

Recording was done by Cinevideogroup, everything is recorded in HD. Willem Venema (the Dutch organiser) told on stage that the dvd should be available october/november this year.

The energy from both the band and the crowd was superb, I hope the recording shows smile.gif

And I also definitely NEED to know whether there were any meet'n'greets after any of the shows. If not organised, maybe some fans were waiting for the band outdoors or smth??

Argh!! Why has it been taking so long for full set lists to be posted?! Everybody's anxious! What I find ridiculous is that there's no discussion of the shows at all over on SOY and that's the official message board. What's wrong with those people?!

Haha, I'm gonna calm down and try and get some sleep now...

Words outta my mouth, Jacob.

I bet it will all start pumping out tonight.

Could remain silent as well though.

@ +Ed+:
Ah I see, but the reason I didn't post a full review was: at the night I came home I was too tired. The second time several people had wrote about the show already here, so I only added some info myself.

btw! Can't believe they did that encore yesterday. I only attended Monday's. they ended with Dance Wit you. Even after the audience kept singing for at least 10 minutes (!) after they left, they didn't returned. And now 3 additional songs?? (which I all 3 would die for to hear).
guess it has to do with the fact that yesterday is filmed.

Anyone an official setlist for yesterday night ?
