I'm ready for this show. With 30,000 people Live should just run down the list of singles and not throw anything else in there.....

Barb(Crazy1) sent me a brief review:

Plusses:

- The band did not play any new songs but did play Simple Creed

- The band sounded great

Minuses:

-The show was insane with a lot of moshing/crowd surfing

- long beer lines

I'll let her tell write a full review on her return from DC.

Glad to see we finally have a review. I'm really disappointed that there were no new songs, but Simple Creed isn't a bad start for bringing some life back to the setlist.

I remember hearing that Ed has trouble singing Simple Creed, I'm not sure how true it is. I'm hoping it stays in the set until at least tomorrow night. Fingers crossed.

Weren't there any other 'new additions', just like PoD etc. in the setlist of May 9th, on this show? huh.gif

Btw, I can imagine Ed having trouble with singing SC (especially when it was the openingsong?). It's very hard for him to start a kind of a rap song at the start (and by that they don't play it often). Still cool they bring it back for us to the setlist!

30,000 people were going to mosh to anything. One kid got hit so hard he was bleeding out of his ears and had to get carried out on a back board.

I ment crowdsurfing. For the rest security does suck a lot. Feels like Woodstock 99 did not teach anything.

Where did you get this quote from eh.gif ? It definately wasn't stated by me. I wasn't at this show.

The link to "my" quote takes you back to something I said that wasn't this.

Feels like a board bug.

Anyway, does that really mean that much to you?

Ed don't worry, Hoodie has been paranoid since he caught his wife with the postman. He's none too bright neither considering the excuse she gave him was that he wouldn't give her their mail otherwise.... nervous.gif
