If I'm reading this right Live would be the middle act between Collective Soul and Blues Traveler. That is a travesty, they should close out both of these bands. (They should also replace Collective Soul on this tour with a funnier comedy act).

In the paper today, it was announced BT will be playing Spirit Mountain Casino.

OK...in my book, acts that play casinos usually include Tony Orlando & Dawn, Huey Lewis and the News and a Carpenters cover band.

What does this say about +LiVE+ playing with them????

I am not a BT fan by any means and yes, I am a bit biased.

Live played at a casino in Michigan last year. So what does that indicate you are saying about them? uhoh.gif

Or maybe they should replace Live with Richard Simmons. I'm sure he'd be more than willing to dance around like a fairy singing La Da Da Da to intro The River for all you light in the loafer fruitcakes.

Middle act is the best place to be on a triple headlining tour. When your the last act, fans of the first two bands tend to walk out on you. When your the first opening act, a good number of fans will show up after your set. Live is in a great spot for the tour.

I heard that tour announcements should be made on Monday. This is just speculation though.

Where did you hear that? Reliable source, or shakey source? Tomorrow would work great for me! I could finally plan out my summer.

I'm removing posts that have nothing to do with the topic. Basically every topic you guys post in, turns into a fight. We set up an uncensored thread that you can post in for that stuff, Live central will be moderated so we can end the nonsense.

Does that mean that every off topic post is going to be removed in every thread? That's going to be a tough job buddy. I'm going to cry foul in every thread I see it happening. Fair is fair!!

That some of the music, like the last effort, imho, ranks right on up there with the likes of who I mentioned. But, on the other hand, and to do what politicians do as in back track and refute what they say with something else, I did see them in Vegas in a casino.

BUT, the majority of bands who play casinos out here are old bands that can not seem let go of their once big break in pop music.
