Member Suspensions Options

I have suspended Existential and Liverocks777 posting abilities due to complaints and their attacking of other members of the board.

I have also suspended Wambalang for that awful April Fool's Joke.

These suspensions will all last 14 days. If the old patterns return at that point, the next suspension will hold for 1 month.

ps I have really tried to lighten up on censoring posters over the last year, but I feel this was the right decision.

I'm not a fan of suspensions or censorship on the internet.

On the otherhand though this is a privately owned site so Nick can do what he wants and the direct attacks just to be a dick are getting tiresome.

I think this was the right decision - nobody should have to be a "fanboy" though and different personalities are what make s the whole online forum experience worthwhile but I think some should realise that internet or not you just can't say whatever you want whenever you want and get away with it.

Thats what I'm talking about, the site won't ever grow if "newbies" or anybody for that matter is abused for no reason. The owner apart from updating the site has llittle to do with how new members are attracted or encouraged to become a part of the board.

Anyway lets move forward hey?
