So, for a while I've been getting this stuff...captain morgan's parrot bay coconut flavored rum. I mix it with mountain dew and it tastes really good. Anyway, I saw the other day...they also make a mango flavored rum. Has anyone had this yet? I'm definitely going to be trying some soon. It sounds fucking delicious.

i dont like all the fancy flavoured alcohol. I've had flavoured tequilla (yuck) flavoured scotch (double yuck) and the pubs in my town have their own breweries whcih try fancy shit like chilli beer and strawberry beer and to me its just pointless.

Out of curiosity, has anyone ever had a beer called 'Little Creatures'??? the reason i ask is because the LC pub/brewery in Fremantle where I live and attend sunday sessions regularly brews THE nicest fucking beer in the world and i've tasted heaps, and they have won international prizes so I'm curious.....If not try and find some

My b/f bought a bottle absinth in Spain once (70 degrees, with that special spoon thing to melt the sugar on), but he gave it to one of his friends. He drank it and survived without any permanent damage, so next time we're in Spain we can try it ourselves! lol.gif wink.gif

they only sell 60% absynth down here so I never even bothered to pick it up......is it true it can cause hallucinations?

There is a beer around this part called Buckfast and jesus fucking christ, this shit would knock out an elephant. It tastes like the absolute worst herbal remedy you could possibly think of. Some of the locals seem to love it though, they can chug it down no problems (heh irish) but this stuff to me is where I draw the line sad.gif

Yeah, poets and artists used to call it their "Green Muse" cus they got so "inspired" by it, I believe. But the absinth that's sold these days misses the ingredient that makes you hallucinate. It also caused serious liver problems and blindness, so it's illegal now.
