was it any good?? probably another silly question.

just thought it would be worth asking as i want it and i'm in australia..
if i am to buy it i would rather the whole cd with cover.. not just the down load.

There are only 2 new tracks on the album (Beautiful Invisible and Radiant Sea) - the 10 'live' tracks were taken from previously released FOL Holiday CDs.

The two new tracks are awesome.

Ed puts his full vocal range on display immaculately with Radient Sea and Beautiful Invisible.

yeah I agree: there are only 2 'new' tracks (former outtakes), but are both very good. Although I like Radiant Sea just a lill bit more for its alternative vibe.

the 10 live tracks are oke: some are really cool, others a bit dissapointing, but over-all: very oke! cool.gif

Finally....I can see.....my destiny.....leave all these doubts behind me......

I love that line. But then I am biased!

To answer your question, yes this has been discussed.

This is a great CD, especially for those who don't subscibe to Homespun. You get all the previous releases they got for way less.

Some of the tracks are better than the actuall recordings, including Pillar of Davidson and Sweet Release. I love these versions.

The two new songs are refreshing, especially Beautiful Invisible. It has an original sound for Live only comparable to Horse.

I bought it the day it was released. When I got it I put it in immediately and I still have it in the CD player in my car. People bitch because it's old material, but it's actually a really good album!
