I'm sure many of you have already seen this. You know, a lot of people knock SFBM. I realize its not Live's best work, but I've always had a really soft spot for this song (ever since the first time I heard it). I really do believe it is a tremendous song. And during this performance, the boys are on fire (Ed's voice is just pure ON). Check it!

That show was the closest thing we have to a Live DVD. The camera work was excellent but there were some typos.

Here are the facts for 2008

There is a dvd AND CD to be released as a package in April/ May 2008.
The new album is of the live concert as mentioned above
A new studio album will be released in the second half of the new year - a double cd one rock and one accoustics and ballads
A world tour is slated for the second half of the year

I agree hoodstock. Although he/she/it doesnt seem to be very argumentative or stand up for themselves when questioned. I dont think I have seen any posts from him/her/it in a while.

On the new album front, I myself did say last year that i heard july 2008 was going to be when the new album was going to be released. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything more from my contacts since last year. So unless Live are playing super top secret, I am resigned to the fact that we wont hear anything at all this year (I hope I am wrong though!)

it seems these days you know from an official source at least 6 months in advance an exact month a new album will be due, there is usually official interviews/news to say the band is in recording mode .. we've heard absolutely nothing, I think Nick of all people is right in that we shouldn't even count on there being a new album this year at all.
