I chose Holland because I feel the band could get a large and intense crowd out for the filming. I would even consider making the trip if it is filmed at an appropriate time. While the US would be more convenient for me, in my mind, Holland makes the most sense.

good choice Nick smile.gif as an American!

I also chose Holland. And I really hope that too. And think about the only 4 videos of songs performed live they ever realesed: it was also in Holland, Pinkpop! (BoP dvd).

But I keep sceptical, because of the earlier plan to go to Brazil...it's so strange to film there eh.gif

So that we could see Ed stand in one place and sing with his eyes closed for under 90 minutes. No thanks!

Musically Gagball is right. The expressions, the raw enery and the passionate performing could have been filmed better a 10 years ago than now.

For the show, I think Nick is right: Ed is much more interacting with the audience, Chad's stomps weren't that great 10 years ago lol.gif and it's more of a show than in 1995. And after all, that's what a dvd is about, else wise they could just put out a live CD smile.gif

personally I wouldn't go for any of both suggestions, I would liked them to film in 2000. They were still a lill good 'alternative' on stage round that era, but still it were also huge shows, remember pinkpop 2000, rock am ring, werchter. Great audiences!

So that we can a band at their best.

But I'd say Holland, but then again I've found myself liking live DVDs more when the crowd is smaller, that 1500-3000 size so going over there to get a larger crowd doesn't really factor in much, the performances just seem to come off better in smaller settings.
