Its such bullshit though, I mean Live were hugest in 95, at which point the 12yr old market would have been largely targeted, and so many of them bought TC. Some of them had to be female and big fans, some of those female fans had to be gorgeous...did that entire demographic dissolve?

This is quite the entertaining conversation here. I, for one, can vouch for the at-the-time-12-year-old-girls. All of us were too obsessed with the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC to have any idea that Live was popular. I didn't realize that there was anything other than popular crappy music until I was 14. Didn't really discover and get big into Live until I was 19.

First of all, I'm calling bullshit on this statement! Smoking hot my ass! hoppy.gif
I'd love to see a REAL picture to try and prove me wrong! Just because you have to tell her that doesn't mean you have to lie to us.

Secondly, I remember when TC came out. I had siblings that were 12. They had a lot of friends. None of them listened to TC. At the time that album was popular with older high school students and college students. There may have been some 12 year old fans but the base was more 16-mid 20's. Pre-teens were definately in the minority.

I am starting to think Hoodstock and Sinfuleyes are the same person. I wonder how many aliases Existentialist has as well?

WTF ???? This really pisses me off. Don't start saying that I'm other people! And don't clump me in with Existentialist in any way!

Hoodstock is Hoodstock and that is it!

I never mentioned the word "majority". I said "largely targeted".

In 1995 MTV targeted the youth, as 12yr olds surely bought CD's at the mall. Live sold millions of records, this surely must have included 12 year olds>female>gorgeous.
VH1 was for the older demographic.

Actually, Existentialist is right, unless you're saying I could potentially "find" your wife. Marrying her is the right move buddy. thumbsup.gif

A minority of millions could even be something like only one million. I'm looking for just 1. Thats all. And if the girl was 14 when she bought tc and now shes 26, well shit i could develop a taste for a girl a couple years older now couldn't I? Find her and bring her to me.... yay.gif
