Wow. They opened with my favorite song from Throwing Copper.

They need to do that when they come to Phoenix.

That's accurate. Emerson Hart at 9:00. Live around 10:00 or 10:30. I think the doors open at 8:00. Heard it from a friend of the owner. Late night tonight! Should be a GREAT show!

So, did it end up being a late show, as thought? Do you think it's going to be the same for the FL shows too? Guess I could ask around myself as well ... guess next Wednesday could be a LONG day for me. Work half day - drive over to Clearwater - rock out - drive back to Orlando -sleep a few hours - work. Ahhh ... gotta love being a groupie! lol.gif

It was a late show. I think that was a result of the beach bar venue. Doors opened at 8:00. Emerson Hart at 9:00. Live about 10:30.

Lots of drunk people there that night. Very small venue. Very small stage. Not much room for stomping. I could have reached out and grabbed Taylor's leg or pushed his mic stand over at any point in the show. It was pretty cool.

When they played Waitress, at the whistling part, Ed had the whole place singing La da da da... La da da da... It was great. Iris kicked but.

For me the high points of the show and the whole reason I would like to see Live every night of my life, was the mind blowing rock n' roll of Waitress, God Don't Change, Lakini's Juice, I Alone and Iris. if they had played I Walk The Line and White Discussion my brains would have been completely scrambled.

By the way, for anyone keeping score, Ed did not, I repeat did not, take his shirt off or rub his stomach or dance, not even once, throughout the whole concert. Maybe you people who said he is cheesy got to him somehow.
