My advice really is sincere and I think you should take it. The vast majority of women are attracted to men who are firm, brave and smooth. No matter what these women here say about wanting to be talked to romantically and wined and dined, they would still go for the guys that just start undressing them and do them right then and there. THIS IS A KEY POINT, SO LISTEN UP. Women go for things that are the exact opposite of what they say they want. I'm tellin you...man up and really give it to her right there in the stock room. She'll enjoy it and you will too.

Do you see her outside of work? If not this is your perfect way of finding out how she feels without losing face if you make a pass and she rejects it. Invite her out - simple as that! Don't go for a romantic date straight off, find something like a gig or an art exhibition that you're both interested in, mention you're going and nonchalantly ask her along. If she turns you down, there's your answer without making a tit of yourself and feeling like changing your job.

I agree with doing what Senghe says.
Age doesn't matter and I'm not a 45 year old stay at home mom!!!! Being in my thirties I would go for someone younger if we had the same tastes and the guy was mature and mentally stable and had his priorities straight.
