New Studio Album, Spring 2008? Options

does any one know what album "Beautiful Invisible" and "Radiant Sea" are outakes from?

Based on their "safe" titles, I'd guess that they're no older than about BOP-era. Probably post-SFBM.

This was at their official fucking site! Deeper, Don't Wait and Lift Me Up have been circulating for years and years now, and those guys would cream over it. Is it just me, or is this really what it's come to?

well, circulating....we still don't have THE good version of Lift me Up, only a shitty one, so I think everyone would like to get that one.
see swami's research: the band is still holding that song to release it at the right time... so has that time finally come ?

first: NO new songs. They didn't record anything after SFBM, although we would have known that if that would be the case. Ohw, btw, he's wrong... Ed did so...with Daughtry, didn't he?

Let's just say the article is correct.. the songs it is refering to are outtakes, and other rarities, etc.. just no new material.. that's all.. they haven't been recording any new material.

they were done recorded before birds of prey. im not sure

I wouldn't be surprised at all if this is released online only. I also wouldn't be surprised if this is an Action Front release or the holiday gift.

I strongly doubt this will be a holiday gift, for a few reasons:

01) The FOL Holiday Gifts have continually declined in quality and kickassness ever since Y2K. I see no reason for them to suddenly get good again. By 2010 I expect to simply receive a blank CD-R in a generic white paper sleeve with a plastic window and the words "Make ur pwn Holiday Gift" crudely scrawled in yellow highlighter.

02) If public newspapers are announcing these upcoming releases, then they will not limit their availability to the 104 Homespun subscribers.

03) I've got a discography to run and I demand a glass-mastered CD with an attractive catalog number.

Great news all around. The live release is long overdue, and a disc of new songs will be awesome!
