The Alternate Routes will be the opening act for this show. They last opened for Live May 18th in Dallas. I didn't care for them much, but the sound at the new HOB left lots to be desired.

Greeeeeeeeeeat. no.gif I just find this out NOW, after tickets went onsale! I haven't seen LIVE on Long Island since they play at Hofstra years ago! And I'm going to be in the Hamptons that weekend too, so it would be SO close!

I just got tickets to the show. It is my first Live concert - Yeah!!!! Anyway, I was wondering how the sound is of bands at Brookhaven. This is also my first time in New York. I am on row X, still in the Orch area but in the back.

I been a fan since the beginning, MJ will always be my favorite but I also enjoy SFBM and Awake. I lost track of them after TC so I'm catching up on all the other albums in between. I live in Louisiana but my stepdaughter lives in NY so my husband surprised me with tickets this morning. I'm worried about the sound because it is outside and hoping it doesn't rain.

The venue is good to see a show.Many years ago I saw Sammy Hagar there and the sound was very good.

I posted this in another thread but since it applies to this show I'll post it here as well.

In my quest to get the best possible tickets for the Farmingville, NY show on Aug 19 I have acquired three extra tickets, all in the orch area - two on row X (row 25) and one on row I (row 9). I have the tickets in hand and if anyone is interested please email me at tcm1268@yahoo.com
