Well, considering July 4th is my birthday, it's the best present I could have ever asked for this year!! Yep, a Canuck born on the fourth of July here. happy.gif So needless to say, I'll be getting loaded up pretty good on the fifth!! rockin.gif

I'll settle just to hear him sing!! And it'll be nice to see Adam again. Gotta thank him for the beer he passed me at their last show. It was awesome, considering there was no alcohol allowed inside the venue! The dude is a gem in a world packed with shitheads. lol.gif

I don't know how Live performed tonight, but in NYC I felt Live put on the better show. I actually thought Collective Soul was one of the least inspiring acts that I have seen in concert.

However they could have had more fans in Toronto last night. Live also could have had an off night. Not being there, I have no idea.

Anyhow, erase it again if you want.

Last night CS was way better than Live plain and simple. They had an off night for some reason and didn't seem to enjoy themselves at all. Like I said in the post that Nick deleted, I saw both pat and chad roll their eyes quite a few times each. There was no movement from anybody, no stomping from chad and absolutely no crown interaction with Ed. He said not a word, not hello....nothing. He stood at the mike and sang basically.

The did play shit towne which I had never heard them play before. they also played where do we go from here, which was a surprise. But they were completely flat the entire night. The crowd was the same for both bands, the difference being that Ed from CS got them going like crazy halfway through his set.

Worst show I've ever seen Live play by far.

I can't believe that Nick deleted your first review. Wow. Just wow. I mean I know he is totally biased when it comes to Live but deleting posts that say CS put on a better show?

I did get to read the review before it was deleted and I hope at least some others got to as well. I wasn't aware this board was going to be censored once a new owner took over. What a shame.

Wow, that's pretty cool that they played WDWGFH even though the show sucked. That's the first time they've played that in concert. I'm pretty surprised, also, that your first review was deleted. I read it last night and even though it bashed Live, it seemed fair to me. I've never seen Live on an off night, but I would call them out for it if I did.
