i do believe miss jenny foo was a bit on the giddy side and chook mentioned fuzzy navels...... all in all, it was so wonderful to hear two of my sweetest friends so happy and together....even if it is a bit blurry to the chook!

to be quite honest mollie, i don't even remember calling you, but i'm sure we had a great conversation! by the way, jager is bad! 2 shots back-to-back on the way out of the bar (after 3 other shots and a bunch of beers) leads to a really bad headache the next morning! but i had a damn good time nonetheless!

Valentine's Day is a made-up holiday that makes a lot of people feel miserable. I have real issues with Feb. 14 because as a teacher I see and remember how awful the day could feel. Sorry I'll stop now

I agree that Valentine's day sucks. I've never liked it even though my husband has always been good to me on that day. I think it's a Hallmark holiday that has been totally commercialized and just makes people that don't have a significant other sad. It's just another day, why do people make such a big deal about it?! I feel like people feel forced to tell someone that they love them and spend $100 on flowers because if they don't their girlfriend or wife would be pissed at them. Total bullshit! Personally I'd rather have my husband tell me he loves me and buy me flowers when he doesn't feel forced to.

Sorry it's a pet peeve.

But I must say that if you are looking for romance being snowed in together could certainly be a good thing.

Damn, Jen, if i could stop grinning at how happy you are, i'd puke a little.

But i know what everyone else means, i think. Even when i'm with someone, i don't do VD. Not because when i'm alone, i'm sad, but because i totally expect that kind of spoiling every day.

The first year that Jackass and i were together and i told him i didn't do VD, he wasn't sure if i was kidding or just playing cool or what. VD was on a saturday that year so he sent me roses to work for Friday the 13th. Which was cool, because there's more friday the 13th's in a year than VD.

So what are theseplans that the snow can louse up??

For the record, i'm jealous of the snow, you guys know that! It was 60 here today! i put that pic of Ben & me drunk in the snow (from the day after Adam's show) on myspace and got reminded how long it's been since i'd had any of the white stuff! DEMMIT!!

Don't let the bitches mess with your Valentines, we know this one is special.

i must concur, i m NOT looking forward to this year's VD...being far away from the one i love just sucks so bad....but then again it sucks every day...

on the bright side of it all, two of the most special peeps in the world are together and have special plans makes it much nicer this year.... enjoy the day you two....you do deserve it!

oh and chooky, we did have a lovely chat, full of laughs....and jen was telling me about each time you passed out...or maybe you just fell asleep...
