I'd probably road trip to any of them...I missed the last road trip to York with my best Friend of LIVE and she had a great time.

Rolling Rock would be closest and I saw them the last time they played there...I agree about the drunk idiots. There was too much crowd surfing (and the Bloodhound Gang...ugh). They didn't have one last year, did they?

No I don't think they did have one last year. In fact I thought they had closed the brewery in that town and wouldn't be having that festival anymore. I could be wrong though.

They did close that brewery in Latrobe, but I heard it was sold and opened again. But I don't know who bought it or if they'd want to have another Town Fair.

Oh and I voted but forgot to explain myself. I voted for another York Fair show... because I hated the Latrobe venue/festival thing and Musikfest even more! I couldn't see the stage, and you had to get coupons to buy your food. Long story, lol. I've never been to the Allentown Fair, but I'm sure I"m baised when I say the York one is probably better

I saw Live at 3 of these places and I had to go with the Allentown Fair.

At Musikfest, the crowd was not into it at all. The only thing that made the show memorable was the fact that it was my birthday.
Rolling Rock was great, but the drive took forever and it was soooooooooo hot.
The York fair would be my second choice, for obvious reasons, but I remember the crowd having no energy at all...which was surprising to me.
I saw Motley Crue at the Allentown Fair. It was a good drive and easy to get a good spot in front of the stage. The energy of the crowd was amazing. Plus, my husband works in Allentown. Whenever there's a good concert in that area, we have a good excuse to spend the night so he can have a super short drive to work the next day (if its a Sunday). From our house, he has to drive an hour and fifteen minutes to get there. smile.gif

What??? I thought Musikfest was your fav cause it's where we first met! Pfbt!

Musikfest was ok, but unless you paid the extra money to become a member the seats were horrible. So was the set-up and the sound was crappy if I remeber right.

Rolling Rock - No thanks. To many people, to hot, to humid..ugh....was a great show but I was so sunburnt and dehdyrated that weekend I don't wanna experience that again.

I didn't make it to the York fair or Allentown.

Live shouldn't play a festival and if they do, maybe they could play one that happens at Penns Landing there's been alot of concerts there lately.

Hmm I might have to try one of those subs. I think this area has the worst food. I can't think of one food that I would miss or crave if I could never come back to York again.

All I know is that when I checked into the Red Roof Inn in York, there were condom packages all over the bed. At least people seem to occupy themselves when they aren't eating the average food.

Too funny! Ok... you got me. But, meeting you was before the concert, so that does't count. lol.gif I actually met a bunch of people that night...Autumn, Meg, Jimmy...my memory sucks though!!! I do remember my sister made that carrot cake for my birthday and brought it with her to the hotel. lol That was all better than the concert.

The York show would be a great place for them to play...obviously. I remember the seating being so tight though that I couldn't move...at all. If the seating wasn't so cramped, I'd love that again.

Look how picky I'm becoming...lol!

Looks like York won with over 52 percent of the votes. Musikfest came in second with over 28 percent while Allentown and Rolling Rock tied with just under 5 percent of the votes. Over 8 percent voted other.

Thanks to anyone who voted, let's hope Live picks one of these festivals to play this year. Stay tuned for our next poll on Tuesday, please try and vote smile.gif
