But, people are still dying in Japan because of the lingering effects of the bomb. We know very little about that kind of stuff...it's not something you want to mess around with. Personally, I don't think terrorists really exist in this country, which is why we've gone over 4 years without one attack and basically the same security.

Do you know what makes me the saddest of it all?
That people use violence just because the other people use violence too and everybody comes up with the argument that it's selfdefence and the "reason" that the others do it too!
If the whole world keeps on doing this, we never learn to get along a better way with each other.

Isn't it better if we all learn to treat each other like we want to be treaten ourselves?

Why is that the most sane thing to do? Why not like .. just go on living life the way you always have? Serously, because the news bombards you with shit about terrorism people seem to think it's reason to panic but damn.. yeah it does happen sometimes, so do car accidents and falling down open manholes and dying but it's no reason to stay in your homes..

Lakini's Juice: I am very thankful that I'm alive, in spite of all the things I have been through.
But I see so many people around me and on tv who are unhappy with their lives and people who don't want other people to be happy with their lives that I feel like doing something about it.
Because: how can I always be happy when other people have to suffer from things which other people have caused and most of the rest of the people don't care?

And I'm sick of WAITING on a solution because it's been to long that the world is violent and polluted.

I know I can't do it on my own (I do everything I can although I think that's still not enough) but my mind is on how to get other people (the ones who do nothing and don't know what to do too) so far that they want to do something to make this world better too.

You had one? All I saw was some paranoid ramblings about serial killers and America. I hate to tell you this, but serial killers are not a peculiarly American thing. We've had some spectacular ones in the UK and I'm pretty sure there are a couple of them stalking the highways of Australia. There is a current case of an Iranian one who killed 20 children before being caught - he's just been executed. So are you now scared of Muslims as they can be suicide bombers AND serial killers too?

I'd be seriously suprised if any country is serial killer free, it just being a matter of them not having been caught, the victims linked or reported to the outside world. Hell, some countries are run by serial killers as it's as much to do with power as sex. As a child, Saddam Hussein exhibited some stereotypical serial killer behaviour such as torturing anumals. And you're not telling me some little Arab with his face covered isn't getting his jollys from chopping a bound and helpless victim's head off and filming it. Just because he's screaming "Allah is Great" and isn't masturbating over the bloody neck stump doesn't make it any better, worse, comparable or more sinister.

You seem to be drawing some strange conclusion from the fact that there are serial killers, suicide bombers, a religion called Islam and a country called America. It's like me thinking all Australians stick their heads in crocodile's mouths on a daily basis just because you see Steve Irwin doing it on telly.
