Heading to a bar in good old York PA to see Halestorm a great band that will soon be famous with some of my favorite people from this board. Jen and Chooky! I will be the designated driver this year but I still predict it will be my happiest new year yet! happy.gif

Yeah, I recently got their EP for Christmas and I like it a lot. I agree, they sound like they'll become very famous someday. Are they on a tour right now? Have fun at the show!

I'll just be hanging with friends/going out to dinner/going to the movies, but I'll also be going to the Jets game earlier in the day. The night before will definitely be better, but New Year's Eve should be fun, too.

They aren't on tour right now they are still working on the new cd since they have a deal with Atlantic. They are just doing the NYE show since they are home for the holidays. I'm sure as soon as the cd hits they will be touring like mad. You should try and catch them I think you will really like them live.

have a great chookerific time at the H-Storm shows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are amazing live and Lzzy is the best and one of THE nicest people i've ever met...celebrity and non-celeb.

my new years will be spent with makers mark whiskey, capt morgan and texting, chatting.....

well i'm back from Halestorm show #1 for the weekend and i just can't get enough of this band!! the crowd was awesome, the band was awesome and their new songs are awesome! they played a song they wrote called "Demon Rum" which was probably my favorite of all the new ones. they came out to the merch booth after the show to sign autographs and i got another poster signed by them, although when Lzzy asked my name she misunderstood because she wrote Don on the poster, so i told her that was wrong and now that name is scribbled out and John is written above it.
