I noticed this was done a little while back but it was messed up so here we go again. I'm sure the Distance will win but I just want to see how it pans out. I almost titled sfbm on the poll under Songs from Girly album Mountain. I don't think the mountain Ed is reffering to is black although it has a soft, squishy, red spot on top that pokes out. lol.gif

Very hard to pick something like this, because they are all very good (Ok, V isn't as great as the rest, but still). I just love SS and Throwing Copper, but I'm voting on Mental Jewelry, because it's not only very, very good ... it's also very, very underrated!

for me it's Throwing Copper, without a doubt. But I asked somethging about LIve albums in another topic, but with all these polls it seems that no one will see it anymore heynow.gif so again:

can anyone tell me if there are any Live albums in official top lists of all time or something?
Are there great magazines that have a album top 100 of all time? Or is there a Billboard album top 100 ever (whatever that means)?

And if there's any album, TC will be it I guess or based on sales it will be TDTH...?

I love TDTH, but TC put Live on the map. It has to be the best album for the band.

Could you explain how V is awesome in any way after you get past Simple Creed? I must have missed it.

I agree, however, with every other album.

I actually like 5 better than SFBM and Bird of Pray and Secret Samahdi. It is different from any of thier other albums but a band does not always have to stay straight on a path to make good material. I do agree however that there are a couple songs that should of been left off the album(5). Like OK? or Flow but there are a lot of really good songs, Deep Enough(Rockin' Version), Call Me a Fool, Hero Of Love, Simple Creed, Overcome, Transmit Your Love, Nobody Knows, and the list goes on. To me 5 is not close to being Live's best album but its not the weakest effort. In today's world if all you can do is a Album of Love songs than to me you just don't have much to say. And by love I mean love for another person like romantic love. when Ed sings about Love on the Grandscale of Humanity it means a lot more to me. Ed's inpiration for SFBM= hump.gif

Well, I guess I should have said "and some songs off V are awesome in their own way" because I only like a few songs on there.

anywho

I think Flow is great, one of the best from V.
I go for T.C, it was the first Live album for me.

Whoever voted for SFBM should really try listening to Lives other albums.
