Hoodstock - if you were a fan since '95 there's NO way you wouldn't know what TBD stands for.

I agree

You can't be a fan of Live that long and not know the name of one of the songs on their biggest selling album.

I wonder if he actually knows there is a track 14 on TC too?

QUOTE(Hoodstock @ Dec 15 2006, 7:31 pm) *

First of all I am not a Live noob. I went to my first concert back in 1995 and I have been to more Live shows than many of you here. (No offense to those who will think they have been to way more than me. Maybe you have. I don't care, it's just a point.)

I don't understand the problem here! My question was legit. What does TBD stand for? I'm sorry I didn't waiste my time before trying to figure it out. To be honest I never really cared, but I thought someone could give me a straight answer. I thought another real fan of Live could answer it.

One person said "To Be Determined" and another said "Tibetan Book of the Dead".

Those are the only explanations I have from some of the most hardcore Live fans around? Now I have a 50/50 choice from that, if they're even right. Thanks for the clarity.

Maybe if this site wasn't so negative all of the time people would enjoy it more.

By the way, for those having a make belive fight between me and Tabucky with him whooping me, that is just dumb. For example:
I'm sorry but I would wipe the floor with his ass. No offense Tabucky, but you're just a young kid. Besides that, I wouldn't waist my time on a fight with anyone here. I'm here to talk about Live and to talk to Live fans. If any member of Live actually monitored this site I'm sure they wouldn't be very proud of the way some of their fans acted here.

Aside from that Tabucky you may complain about my posts but I'm sure the first thing you do when you come to this site is look to see if I posted a response to you so you can be negative again, throw out some profanities, and put topics down. Without me you wouldn't have half the interest in this site that you do because there would be no action! Seriously, besides talking about going to concerts in the other room, what positive things have you contributed here? Take your little friends and stay in the concert chats.

Peace victory.gif

You obviously don't know what the fuck you're talking about. I have been here WAY longer than you have. You don't know shit about what I've posted and contributed in the past. Did you know that there was an old board? Did you know that there was life before you joined this forum? You're a dumbfuck and a noob. And your posts are so productive, aren't they. Your threads bring up amazing discussion points that are groundbreaking and original in every way shape and form. Right? Is that true? Fucking moron.

And yeah, I am 17. Age 17 is damn near one's prime. You don't need to be 30 to be strong and able to perform a nice Hoodstock-asskicking. I'm pretty sure that most people here (Male/Female, Young/Old) could pound your lilly ass in. Someone as intellectually weak and inferior as you should have no problem getting their ass handed to them. So suck it.

And yes, you could have taken the 40 fucking seconds or so it takes to look up the answer to your "dumb question."

I've been a fan longer than '95. That was my first show that I went to. To be honest I could care less what the names of the songs are. I never really pay attention to them, I just listen to them. Who cares if you know the name, it's if you know the song. I never gave TBD a second thought until recently.

For those that answered, thanks.

Above, this is not the proper board to chat and offtop on anything except for LIVE.

I'm sorry Tabucky, but that picture is just hilarious.

I'm just going to let it rest and stop responding to you all together. I'm tired of waisting my time with you!

Weird? You know those people that give directions base on landmarks instead of giving street names. Ah, you know that you do.

Those are the same people who listen to songs, know all about them, but could care less what the name of them is. I go by track numbers, not song titles that are meaningless anyway.

Why the fuck did you ask what TBD stood for in the first place, then? You can't help yourself, can you?

To be honest, I asked because I made the song polls BY TRACK NUMBER. I could have put the numbers down, like I use, but I thought the names would be more user friendly. That's when I came across TBD and decided "What the fuck, I'll ask these kind people what on earth this means".

And then everyone responded like a bunch of jackasses, except for those who answered the questions. Your recent comment included.

That answers your question of why I asked in the first place. eh.gif

Hoodstock - this is one of the reasons why people on this board get really frustrated with you. You contradict yourself - you make a big thing about not caring what songs are called because you claim they are meaningless, then you ask a question about what a song title means. It makes you look like a complete ignoramus. I'm not jumping on the bandwagon of getting at you (if you remember I actually did initially respond in a positive manner to your question), but for heaven's sake it takes two seconds to google stuff like this and save yourself a confrontation.

99% of people actually do go by song names rather than track numbers... on the upside, I bet you're a whizz ordering at the Chinese takeaway!

Really, I don't see how asking a simple question is a contradiction. It is more curiosity that anything else. I could ask "How are you doing?" even though I don't really care. People do that all of the time, including yourself. That doesn't mean that everyone who does this is contradicting.

You mention people being frustrated. I only got that shit after the polls I made for my new CD, which I enjoy by the way. If people got a problem with the fact that I posted polls then fuck em!

There are plenty of other people here to talk to that enjoy Live and have a positive attitude.
