I was at that show and Ed really did put the show down. I'm sure he would like Chris saying that Live is his favorite band though because he is the only Rock guy in the competition. He even looks a little like Ed. I almost feel like not watching just because Ed told me not to, but what he really wanted is people to buy Live music and not American Idol music.

Chris is the only guy on the show worth watching. My husband thinks I just like him because of the resemblence to Ed, wait till I show him the clip. Now I want him to win even more!

It would be cool if he sang a Live song, but I bet they put restrictions on what songs people can and can't sing. At least you'd think that'd be the case because it's reality TV and reality TV sucks.

I was flipping through the channels and I believe I saw that rocking bald guy. He was really good, but then I turned it when the rest sucked. I won't be watching the show, but I'll wish the bald guy luck.

Because most voters/viewers of these stupid shows are teenage girls, and they go green with envy when they see a hot chick do (or potentially do) well.

Take Australian Idol for example, last year a female with a voice that was ok but largely uninspiring won the competition. She is overweight and chubby. She got a lot of sympathy votes because one of the judges told her that she had "tuckshop arms" (ie, fat arms).

And don't even get me started on the year before. The winner, also female, was an elephant. She honestly was big enough to pack into the front row in a rugby scrum.

Fuel was actually blown away by Chris, and are now offering Chris to be in their band. The lead singer is gone so they're trying to get it back together. ..I don't think he'll take the job.
