Hello, its fantastic to have a new person so full of love for the band around here!

I've been a fan since about '98 I think. I've been to five concerts, and have loved every second of every one.

This year has been my "Live" year - I got to meet Ed (complete with hug and photo) and stand less than a meter from him during the triple m garage session earlier this year (and im in the web cast heaps, so now I can say Im in a video with Ed!). He made eye contact and smiled at me during "I alone" making it now my all time fav. song ever

I went to the newcatsle and sydney shows this year, and now im attempting to make my own aussie live web site ( with no idea how)

I am totally in love with ed and think he is the most amazing human on earth (my lovely partner being the exception here of course)! He has inspired me to search for freedom and peace through an understanding of life.

Anyway..enjoy this board, it rocks

Ditto!! yahoo.gif

I've been a fan since 1994 and have seen them perform 3 times. I've met them twice and also made sure that I got hugs from all. I don't have a favourite song because I'm not good with choices, so I choose them all - "if I don't know who to love I love them all". My favourite clip is "Dolphins Cry".

What more can I say? I love these guys and can't imagine my life without them in it. hearts.gif

Welcome, and congrats on finding good music. I'm too much of an old-time to have the entusiasm and appreciation you do, having seen them in small venues in 1987, and watched them grow up from teenagers. I see them every time they come to Philly, but long for the raw energy and consistently driving beats from the bass/drums that they once had. For me the new album is "meh" and I still listen to MJ and TC and SS on a monthly basis.

Check out the audio and video downloads at Bootleg Heaven, and you will be busy until 2008.

I found that the other day on YouTube (used to have it all on video but my player went kaboom several years ago) - Ed and Adam harmonise so well on it.

smile.gif Hi Thanks for your kindness!! I've been a fan of live since the Throwing Copper days and have seen them in concert about 5 times, I just never did the whole internet, chatting thing! Soooo glad I came to my senses though smile.gif

Can I just say You're never too old......for anything!!!!!!! I hear what your saying about the old days and the ROCK aspect of it but you know we all change and you've had the beauty of seeing them grow from teenagers into men into husbands into fathers....... The thing I love most about Live is the fact that they keep reinventing themselves!! You never quite know what they will come out with!! Put on any Live cd crank it up....if you don't feel the ROCK it's not loud enough!! smile.gif It may not be Lakini's Juice or I alone....but it's still ROCK......crank it up!! smile.gif

smile.gif Isn't Turn my Head to die for....Ed with blonde hair!! I also really love the film clip Stood up for Love. Thanks for the tip about Bootleg heaven I also stumbled across youtube which is awesome!! I've got so much from that!! How did you like the concert??

Ahhh the concert was absolutely fantastic, thanks. They didn't actually play Turn My Head which was a bummer, but the sheer number of other great songs they played and with such energy more than made up for it. I was in the second row (all the Dutchies filled up the front row) and so was pretty close to the band. It was brilliant I'll never forget it smile.gif

Just the one! They aren't in London that often. Best part was Chad milking the Lakini's Juice intro, and the Dance With You sing 'n clap they do at the end of every gig. I was never aware of it beforehand so the moment felt totally unique.

Hi. Welcome, great with new fans. I have been a fan since TC. I got it from a friend. and been hooked since. Tc is my fave album and the first song that I remember is Selling the drama.
I have seen then 3 times in Norway, and I would love to see them again. My 5 fave songs are:
Freaks, Waitress, Tsufl, Dance with you, I alone. I'm probably the only one that like Flow from V.
My fave clip is Live with Anouk doing Dance with you...and I think SFTBM is mutch better than people are saying.
What it is abbout Live that make them so great, I'm not sure. But the fact that I never get boored of the music is probably one of the reason. How many times have I heard LC , I alone or Selling the drama I dont know, but I never get tirred of them.
Keep on support and enjoy the music of one of the best band in the world... I sure do.
