i Love the Smashing PUmpkins

Not even being drunk is an excuse to say this.

Amen. Eamon.

Ok then i'll say it sober, will that still piss you off.... The imagery from the Smashing Pumpkins music surpasses Live's ten fold. and if your willing to argue this just let me know. The talent and emotions poured into his music is what have allowed them to become as big as they are and selll as many albums as they have.

Billy Corgan is still an annoying vocally challenged twat.
It doesn't matter how many albums they've sold, heaps of mediocre bands sell millions of albums world wide, numbers aren't always the measuring stick of genius.

Ha, there is always the good shit. A good friend of mine is really into wine, and he gave me a few pointers, so I'm gonna try to go buy some of the shit he recommended sometime soon and see how that works out.

You do that .

Agreed. He's got a pretty bad voice, but still, I do think there are some songs where it's tolerable.

Id agree with that in a sense when you compare artist like britney spears and other urban shit thats out there. But the fact that they're two both 'rock' bands and the fact your whole argument is based on his voice goes to show you have not taken the time to actually listen to the music and lyrics and devotion of his life that he has poured into his music.

Again if you took the time you would realise he can hit just about any note he wants, the interviews he has given and still gives today are well thought out (in that he doesnt give one line fucken answers like your 'mediocre bands'), intelligent answers, he's not there to amuse the listener and make anyone happy, look at the whole sharon osbourne episode... He idolises Black Sabbath (and Ozzy Osbourne) and they were a great influence to him, yet he has the balls to come out and say that Sharron Osbourne is a pig when she trys to manage the band her own way.

I'm not saying you have to go out and buy their albums just dont come throwin garbage at a door you cant even begin to know how to open.

If my lack of Corgan-appreciation is the only thing that disappoints you, then we're in good shape.
