Things were getting a bit down here lately so i thought I'd cheer the place up.

I know people were recently talking about what song they want at their wedding, but if you were to die tomorrow in a gruesome bloody mauling, what live song would you like everyone to remember you by?

I know Ive already told everyone i know that i want Lightning crashes played at mine, and that if they really loved me, they would arrange for the band to play it live. innocent.gif

Well the first to come to mind is Run To The Water, but I'll give it a little more thought.
Leigh.

P.S. Thanks Dan, I'm back! hi.gif

A Live song? Bleh, not many really come to mind, except maybe 10,000 Years or Gas Hed.

I know what i dont want played... Overcome. If they play that im coming back to haunt them in the worst way possible. I want a song by Adam K. Love me goodbye. Very suitable and by someone i hold dear. Dont think he'd pull it off to sing it live at my funeral. Hes a wuss that way LMFAO, but hes welcom to prove me wrong. In like 50 or 60 years hehe.

okay this topic should be moved to off topic and include any song. i think 'I started a Joke' by FNM would be a funny way to make people feel awkward

Imagine the fun you could have. How about Down In A Hole by Alice In Chains. Or if you prefer cremation, Fire by The Strange World Of Arthur Brown.

And they can shove me on the nearest landfill for all I care once I'm dead.

Amazing Grace ! ! ! ! innocent.gif

i'm sorry, and i know this is just my opinion, but having a LIVE song played at a wedding or a funeral is about as tacky as it gets.

That's the spirit!

My friend's dad died a couple of years ago and he had Born To Be Wild by Steppenwolf. He was a biker. That was only eclipsed by us singing All Things Bright And Beautiful... there was something funny and rather poignant seeing a chapel mainly full of blokes in their leathers singing that.
