I'm with Ed. Live has been playing some of their strongest shows to date over the past year. The setlists have been extended and much more varied than past tours. Instead of giving the band credit, many of this board just want to tear them down.

Some people are just never happy.......I find it pretty sad.

Even when there's a lack of positivity concerning the band, I think there's still a shocking amount of negativity around in the way people conduct themselves and speak with each other. Didn't you learn anything from Simple Creed!?

The call it quits discussion is probably the most interesting thing going on on the board at the moment. Why are you offended by those threads?

'How I detest the haters' eh? If people didn't have different opinions this board would be completely dead now. What the hell would you talk about? I think theres a lot more credibility in disliking some of a bands material than blindly proclaiming everything they've done is a masterpiece.

You know, some of the people that love everything that Live have done go about expressing their opinions in a much more negative way than some people that don't like all of their works...

The big question is why the negative persons still are here?

This is a fan site and I know my time is to valuable to visit another band's fan site and waste it on discussing why I don't like band. I must say I feel sorry for all those negative guys and girls because they cannot have much quality in life.

So maybe the most interesting topic is how you should get your life back and don't waste it bathing in negativity?

So the first questions are
...why are you still here?
...and if the band would quit, does it make you happier because you know there will be a lot of disappointed and sad fans out there?
...is it some way we all can help you find a meaning in your life so you can leave this forum?

I initiated the worst song posts...you should re-read the early ones and realize that I am not in fact a hater, I had a theory that the least favorite Live songs would still make a pretty good CD. That's why I did the polls.

I would agree, there are people here who clearly don't like the band anymore, and I don't know why they still hang around. but since my worst of posts were mentioned, I thought I should chime in.

Having different opinions isnt a bad thing at all. However the fact that when someone has a different opinion from you doesnt mean you have the right to call em names and stuff. I think I have more of a problem with that than with anything else. Trying to persuade people to agree with your point of view has absolutely nothing to do with namecalling and sometimes just being plain rude and offensive.

So I have to agree with Dmitri on this one. Maybe for a different reason.... but I do agree.
