Hey,
Does anyone know or have the tab of I walk the line? The tab on Ultimate Guitar has it played with a capo and I am sure that Ed doesn't play it with a capo? I might be wrong don't know lol.

Also if anyone has video of it that would be great! I think there is one floating around somewhere I just don't know where it is!

Thanks guys!

tune your guitar 1/2 step down (as for 99% of +LiVe+ songs).

chords are:
F#m : 244222
C#m : x46654
Bm : x24452

intro : F#m...

I keep a (C#m) close watch on this heart of (F#m) mine
I keep the (Bm) ends out for the tie that (F#m) binds
Because you're (C#m) mine
I walk the (F#m) line

chorus (no lyrics) :
Bm / F#m (x3)
C#m / F#m

So no Em? Because in the video posted above it looks like there is a Em. Still thanks for your help everyone so far!

The song is in F minor. Looks like the acoustic in that video is either tuned half a step up, or it's not the actual original footage from the recording of the song..

The chords that fandelive posted are mostly correct- but I don't see the need to tune the guitar half a step down, at all.

The whole song can be played in standard E tuning, and retain exactly the same inversions of chords as Live's cover.

So here's the chords, with standard tuning..

I keep a (Cm) close watch on this heart of (Fm) mine
I keep my (Cm) eyes wide open all the (Fm) time.
I keep the (Bflatm) ends out for the tie that (Fm) binds
Because you're (Cm) mine
I walk the (Fm) line

Chorus :
Bflatm / Fm (x3)
Cm / Fm

Here is another vid looks like he is playing it higher up the neck. I always thought it started with a Em chord at the second fret but that looks like 3 - 5 fret?

FUCK... LISTEN TO ME... the chords I posted are completely right, there is no 'Em' involved anywhere. Even if he plays the E minor shape, with a capo or a differently tuned guitar, it's still not a freakin Em, because the chord that results is an F minor. Who gives a fuck how Ed plays it, just play the chords I wrote down, and like magic, it'll sound the same as Live's rendition.

There's clearly a capo in that video anyway.
