God, last night was the best night of my life!
I can't believe they played Pillar of Davidson!
Does any one know if people were requesting it or if they just decided to play it? I was pretty far back in the raised section so couldn't hear many requests, only ones from around me. I know that some one behind me yelled it out, and i did aswell but theres no way they could have heard us.

I was about 20 rows from the front, dead centre and there were people yelling out for POD. It was awesome that they played it. I loved the ending of this show; there was just so much 'warmth' between the band and the crowd. It seemed special to me. A great feeling!

Anyone want to speculate whether Dance With You was on the setlist or not? To me White Discussion seemed like the end and then Dance With You was thrown in as a treat. But I don't know this band's setlists all that well. Perhaps an 'expert' can answer this?

I wouldnt have a clue if Dance with You was on last nights setlist, but they usually play it. I think they played it on 2 of the 3 Melbourne shows and the Wollongong show so its likely that it would have been on the setlist. But they werent following the setlist so even if it was on there it could have just been thrown in last minute.
I thought that Chad Gracey looked kinda taken aback when Ed said they were doing one more, he had just thrown his sticks into the audience lol.gif

They did the same thing at the brisbane concert last night, perfomed dance with you as an encore encore, Ed said they lost their set list with some of their laugage when they arrived in Australia and so were just making it up as they went along.

Brisbane show was awesome.

Please don't quote me on this, but in Sydney I believe it was either 8:45 or 9pm (Sorry, I'm still getting over the excitement of it all!!!)

Hope someone can confirm a better time, than I have blush.gif

It's good to see Ed still draws a jizz or two from hardcore fans.

I dont know if they were really playing requests or not. But it was the most kick asrse show i've seen since i first saw them in 1997.

I loved hearing so many songs of TC though. Since its so popular i rarely listen to it any more and that show reminded me of how many of those songs i really love.

LOL Ive posted a couple of messages yesterday so I thought Id join this forum...and I cant post messaged while logged in yet until I get approved ...but I can if I logout...odd.

Anyway last nights Adelaide show went off for those in the front few rows....but the rest seemed a typical adelaide crowd (those people who go to Adelaide shows will know what I mean, and then they wonder why so few acts go there)

My seats were better than expected, I knew I was in the second row...but they were dead centre as well right betweens the 2 mics of ed and chad.

I had my crappy point and click camera there which is a bit hit and miss with live shows but Ive posted 15 or so shots here.

http://www.remcoverstudio.com/live/

I took about 80 in total, some where motion blured othere were very grainy. The original versions were like 2meg+ each so these have been scaled down.

Enjoy

Sibko

I second that! The Adelaide crowd can really be a bit lame at times, i think that having it a seating gig to start with would of helped! It was the row directly behind me that were the first that decided not to stand so it was a little awkard until we made our way infront of the sound guys and it rocked! rockin.gif

I had the greatest time there, even Shannon Noll was kinda ok..... shrug.gif shrug.gif

There was some awesome vibes comming from the whole band and the atmosphere was crazy. Eds voice was excellent and the rest of the band were top notch as well! yahoo.gif
