Oh, and T apparently ripped one from Janice's hands at the Electric Factory show (while knocking me to the ground) smile.gif

Yea. You had noooothing to do with that. It's not like your eyes didn't turn into flame-throwers and it's not like they weren't blazing down everything in your path in an effort to get the stick ...

Eh. It's ok. The Yankees beat Pedro Saturday.

My cousin caught both a drumstick and Adam's plectrum at his first show in Copenhagen this year. He fought in about 5 minutes with a swedish girl about the stick. She suggested that they could break it into two pieces (what a horrible thought shrug.gif ) but my cousin was stronger and in the end he got it. It was actually quite brave of the swedish girl, because my cousin does a lot of fitness training and is definitely not weak. I wouldn't have dared to fight against him...

Just missed one in 1999 and again back in May. Someday, dammit.

The only thing I've ever caught was a Better Than Ezra guitar pick in April. And almost Tom Drummond's sweaty towel. Almost. Until some lady swatted it away from me while it was in midair since the two people I was with and I had already each caught a guitar pick.

I caught a guitar pick at the Live concert in Chicago this year. I was pretty happy, but I was really happy that I got to touch Ed's foot. happy.gif

Also, when I went to see a free Shinedown concert in my college town, my boyfriend at the time caught a drumstick and I got the set list from the night before. I was psyched! I still have both!! lol.gif

A plectrum is a device for plucking or strumming a stringed instrument. In guitars, banjos, and similar instruments, the plectrum is a separate tool held in the player's hand. In harpsichords, the plectra form part of the mechanism of the instrument.

for all of those out there like me who don't know what a plectrum is. guitar.gif

I've been lucky enough to not have any incident with the two drum sticks I caught.
With a drum stick there's only enough room for a couple hands which makes me wonder what happens when a baseball bat goes into the stands and four people grab hold.

That was quite gentlemanly of him to fight a girl for 5 minutes over a drum stick from a burnt out rock band.
