well, i am for everything about PA but Joe Pa beat my ducks in the 95 Rose Bowl so i aint going there, irish or no irish.....

the state of Georgia has lost a legend

Erk Russell, former defensive coordinator for the University of Georgia and head coach of Georgia Southern University passed away yesterday. Coach Russell was a true warrior who will be greatly missed. He was the original Junkyard Dog, and no coach has ever had players play harder. After winning the national championship as Georgia's defensive coordinator, he took over the reigns of a Georgia Southern program that had been dormant for forty years and led them to 3 Division I-AA national championships.

I will never forget watching him head butt his defensive players at UGA; his bloody bald head against their helmets! But more than his warrior attitude, the man had the heart of a lion and truely cared about his kids.

I salute you my brother! RIP!

yeah, Troy almost pulled it off. ND looks damn good angry.gif i am pickin' West Virginia to win it all, though. Not that I am pulling for 'em, they are just very good and have little competition. Glad OSU beat Texas, 'cause I don't think OSU can go undefeated in the Big Ten and Texas should win the rest of theirs.

i forgive your digression and going with the wolverines...since you did mention my ducks without commenting on their butt ugly nike unis.....but........

i have to go with the IRISH for many reasons........

*i am irish and happen to live and breathe by my island

* i grew up watching Michigan kick my MN gophers ass in the Little Brown Jug game, except for last year rockin.gif

*my man is a huge IRISH fan so yeah..........

sooooooooooooooo....GO IRISH and GO DUCKS~tho the quack attack most likely going to get spanked next saturday against Oklahoma... bomb.gif it is never easy being a duck fan!!! tongue.gif
