the only thing i'd like to say about SFBM that it's just too simple, and too poppy! we need something harder the next time around, so Ed?....

My comment about teenage daughters was not !!!!!

Don't worry!
They will be okay!
Do you remember how you were?

I do remember how I hang on the couch or in my wheelchair like a dishes cloth, chewing bubblegum, checking out Nirvana and MTV simultaniously!!!!!!!!!!
WITH BOTH VOLUMEBUTTONS TURNED ON LOUD!!!!!!!!!!
Often either not caring about anything or breaking down about everything.
And hell opened its gates when I got broken hearted again, cos then everybody had to hear how pathetic I was! sarcasm.gif

Poor parents!!
Thank God they still seem to love me.

But now I'm older, checking out Live and lots of other good music instead of Nirvana, and that is much more positive to me.
Instead of hanging I just sit again, I put my chewing gum in the garbage bin and I turn the music on loud when I really, really feel like it and not just out of habit.
I finished school and got a halve-time job.
I'm still emotional, that's just the way that I am, but not as extreme as I was.

So I'm allright and your daughters will be allright too, have patience! (And now I'm serious).

GvB.

I do remember how I was. I thank god I am still alive. Some of the shit i did was just plain stupid. If his girls are 1/2 as fucked up as I was we should see some pretty dark material from our dear ED!!!!

Live wil only have to whatch the reactions of their kids to come up with dark and moody lyrics.

As my beautiful mother always said if dark and swearing filled lyrics is all you want to listen to maybe i should make an album to show you how much stress you cause me you ungrateful shit.
and turn the music down you making me def.

^^^ LOL. You have a wise and humorous mother.

@GvB: Thanks, I'll give the DVD another spin and actually listen to what Ed has to say. I guess I was a little distracted by the 'production' of the interview the first time.

@Gertjan: you're welcome.
That interview is divided in parts and before every piece they show a picture of the album Ed is going to tell about. And that quote comes in the part about The Distance To Here.
