Hmm.....rather have it in Vic. As long as there was a full blown and an acoustic I wouldn't care what state it was in........as long as there is something pleeze!!

I love guitars, I love playing them, and I love listening to them.

I'd go if they did an acoustic show, but to be honest, I'd prefer they just crank it up load hard and fast.

Kinda over the whole LiVE-acoustic era. Especially Ed and his solo acoustic appearances on radio stations and the like.

Life is short... play hard, play fast!

I saw them play a whole accoustic show in 2001. For a while I had wished they would play one and as I stood there watching it all I could think was, "Damnit this sucks."

You guys are just too spoilt over there, you don't appreciate what you get. Try living in Australia and hardly even getting any bands. tongue.gif

Western Australia is where it's at. I'd give almost anything to be able to spend some time in Perth.

My dad lived there for a few years when he was my age, and I've just always really wanted to go there.

let me tell you about perth/Western Australia. Great place to raise a fasmaily but booring as fuck rated THE most boring place in australiua BEAUTIFUL open spaces BEAUTIFUL peacefull place on earth, great tourist spots,.....'shark bay' 'ningaloo reef (sp?)'......good to get away from the complexities of life cheap living....

statistics.......

1. W.A (Western Australia).....the LARGEST state in the world

2. Perth: THE MOST isolated capitol city in THE WORLD

nice stats......albeit demoralizing

but druunk zs I am I do love my home kicking.gif

I'm not sure I'd even want to go to an acoustic show, probably come out of it permanently cringing at some of Ed's excruciating falsetto that seems to be the trend these days.

Maybe he'll dedicate another song to the children of the world?

Oh yeah and Adelaide > Perth.

Perth is ok, but I didn't really like that isolated from the rest of the world feel to it. Also had a bad run in with the cops there through no fault of my own. But it's ok .. for some reason the English over here seem to absolutely love Perth, it's the greatest place in the world to them.
