This is really shit,the lack of info at the moment is a joke. Alright for the other cities,but for the Melbourne shows,it's becoming a minor worry. There is no info on any pre sale for the Melbourne show/s. I've just heard from a mate,that ticketmaster sell 1400 tickets at 9am thursday,and The Palaise sell 1400 themselves at 8am thursday through there own outlet. But how do you buy from the Palais?? Also if there is a pre sale,when do we find out about it???? 1400 tickets are going to go in about 4 minutes. Why are they playing the Palais???

Ok,so I just rang the wankers. You can book tickets through The Palais at 8am thursday morning,by either going to there outlet,or ringing them (03) 9537 2444.
Or you can order them by faxing through a booking this wednesday ,and you can book up to 6 seats. It's an extra 12 bucks for that.I don't have a fax machine,so I dunno.

there is a ticketmaster pre-sale on LIVE tickets on wednesday 16th of August from midday till 11pm in NSW and from 9am till 11pm in w.A. However you have to be a ticketmaster advantage member to take part

This is all cos SFBM sucked balls, now they can't play at Rod Laver anymore where getting tickets was an absolute breeze .. I have no idea what is going on with my melb tickets .. transfered some money for 2 tickets to Bronnie and she said she'll take care of them with her tickets .. the Palais don't exactly seem to have a super strong system in place for booking tickets. When you book at ticketmaster the money is paid straight away and you get confirmation of your seats instantly .. if you send off a fax saying "please let us in!" how do you find out if you got the seats and where they are, also I know if I were the Palais I'd much prefer to get a booking from someone who paid right there on the spot than a fax coming through with a booking request.

So did anyone around Brisbane actually pay $87 to sit down? I can't believe they've made it all seating, how crap is that? I got stuck with seating last time I went to see them and swore never again.

See I am usually always happy to sit at gigs, just chill back and enjoy the show. I hate when people have the choice of going GA or seats, so they go seats and THEN stand .. usually right infront of me .. that shits me, they should go GA if they want to stand .. its usually some fat people who can't quite stand the whole concerts so they need to have a sit down for 3 songs or so and chug back on some diet coke, cos you know .. they're watching their weight and all!
But cos this is ALL seats .. guess I cant get too angry at people standng infront of me when they're not given a choice tongue.gif

Did anyone get tickets on the pre-sale for the Sydney show? - I logged in (as an adventage member), but must have done something dumb because in the end they just said not for sale today :-(

I did get newcastle tickets, however, no problems!! yeah!

It seems they are all seated

im so damn excited, i've never seen Live in concert before and always hear great things about them, and even if it IS a seated event i don't care, looking forward to seeing my favourite band play Live! kicking.gif

WTF!!!!

What state was this?? I spent an hour on the phone this morning (in Vic) trying to get through, then get some F@#*wit who tells me the ONE Palais show is sold out, afore mentioned imbecile can't tell me if the shows for 14th and 15th even exist! So ..............no tickets as yet................VERY, VERY CRANKY!!!!

Gunna buy a gun and go to Ticketmaster (well, not really but you understand my frustration).
